That looks sketchy at best. Stick with brands you've heard of and if the price seems too good to be true it probably is.
I know there are big brands not sold in the states so maybe that makes me a little ignorant to the quality.
500 watts is a bit low though.

nVidia recommends 600w or better. Depending on other components I'd go 750w or 800w.
