gpu installation on dell T620 server

I have a T620 dell server and I want to install a gpu on it. the gpu is GTX TITAN X. the server has PCIe g3 slot and its cpu is zeon E5 2630 v2. now I want to be sure that there will not be any incompatibility between the dell T620 server and mentioned gpu.

Assuming you have the physical room to install the Titan X and a PSU that power it (and the rest of the rig), it should work. What OS are you using?

Thank you. the OS is linux red hat and with 2 *750 W power.

Then why the Titan X in a Redhat rig? Seems a bit of overkill unless you are using it for folding or some other GPU based distributed computing.
