$1000-$1200 build help for a friend?

Hello I have a friend who will be working soon and told me to find him a pc I can help him build but I figure it would be better to have toms hardware help me out on this. My friend wants a I7 and a monitor and headphones. I can provide the os and probably the psu for him. Any help is appreciated!
