Help needed for my pc

my knowledge of my pc has inhibited any action to improve it, I would like to know if these items will work together: GTX 970/ATX-CB700W/MSI B75MA-E33/i7-4790K. i'm not sure if I missed anything, but with that info, I hope someone can give me an answer.

PSU is complete and udder garbage and is a danger to the system. Don't skimp on the PSU. The CPU and motherboard are not compatible, cpu is socket 1150 and the motherboard is 1155.
