What's the difference between epson 200 and 220 ink cartridges? Just bought a new Epson XP-420 to replace my old XP-400 and didn't realize till I got the printer home that the 400 uses 200 cartridges and the 420 uses 220 cartridges. They look the same physically that's not saying their the same chip/ink wise, I still a bunch of unused 200 cartridges from my old printer I'm hoping to use.

They both contain the same type of DURABrite Ultra pigment ink so probably differ slightly in size and/or chip configuration to keep one step ahead of the third-party compatible cartridge manufacturers.
