I have evga gtx 970 FTW and I am getting MSI GTX 980 Gaming 4G in about $70 to $80 in exchange should I do that or not??

Usually the 980 costs around 150$ more than the 970, so it's a great deal BUT it is shady? You sure it isn't a scam, some broken gtx 980 or something?
