Hi,
I've been receiving very low framerate since I bought the GTX 950. I ran GPU-Z and found out that my GPU usage appears to be low. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled my GPU drivers, uninstalled Geforce Experience, checked the connections on my GPU and Power Supply. I'd like to know some other solutions.

About 30- 50% GPU usage and CPU usage at about 25%
MotherBoard: Intel BOXDH67BLB3 LGA 1155 Intel H67
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 950 2GB
Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge Quad-Core 3.1GHz
RAM: 8GB
Hard Drive: 1TB 7200 rpm
Power Supply: 500w
OS: Windows 10
