So I've recently put together a new build, but when I turn it on, fans spin, LEDs turn on, but no signal or USB. I checked my motherboard's "Dr Debug" and it just had one zero (0).
I've seen people talking about a code "00" but I have had nothing but a singular zero.
Anyone know what this means?
