I recently bought the Gigabyte Twin Turbo GTX 970, I have since then discovered it has the short pcb, no full cover waterblocks, is very loud, and isnt that great at cooling. Any ideas on if newegg might let me return this? Or am I just stuck with bad desicion making.

Solution

More or less than 30 days? Exactly....
Buying parts at xmas time often gives a slightly extended free return time window.
If after that....then you are stuck with it.

We would be happy to look into that return for you. Send us an email to wecare@newegg.com.

Also for future reference for those so kind enough to help on this thread, our standard return policy usually applies a %15 restocking fee if the item is return outside of a defect. In the case of a defect we do not charge a restocking fee for items sold and shipped by Newegg directly. We also require the retail box and all accessories for a return.

I hope this helps.

Newegg Support,
-David
