netflix quit working

pc's work but my netflix on my smart tv,s quit working, netflix says i am connected ! their servers 1-4 have red x's next to them, also network connection just shows a constant running check?

yes, servers 1-4 have red x's next to them they used to be green and it shows i am getting a full signal from my modem ? i have wireless comcast service, the modem is only 7 ft away and it works on my other smart tv in the other room which is 10 ft further away!
