Good Day Guys. I recently put together a gaming pc and bought ASRock's Z170 OC Formula LGA 1151. Everything works great but on every boot-up and restart I see an annoying screen saying "Intel Lan Mac addresses are invalid on both CMOS and Flash". I have to press F1 to continue to Windows. I updated the bios (flash update). Everything is up to date regarding drivers.
I checked for the solutions online but people are saying that their internet (lan/ethernet) isn't working due to this error which is not the problem in my case. My internet, connected via lan/ethernet, is working awesome. I updated all drivers using internet, watched 5-10 4K videos and downloaded 2 games. Please help me solve the problem. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanking in advance.

I am ASRock TSD Danny.

Please download the tool from the link to re-write the MAC.
download link:

Please open the chassis and you can find a sticker on PCB with MAC id.
Save the tool in a bootable disk and boot, key in as follow:
A:/>mac <enter>
It will list the function key description, then please key in as follow:
A:/>mac c [mac ID] <enter>
If it is success, it will show following information:
MAC ID:XXXXXXXXXXXX SUM: XX
Write MAC function call OK.

Just checked. There is no such number resembling the one above. I did find another 12 digit number which I will try. It has Capital letters and numbers without colon ( : ) signs in between them.
