212evo running at 80 degrees c when idle???

guys help my cpu is running at 80 degrees c with the 212 evo, i dont know whats wrong with it can someone please help me HWMonitor is how im reading the temps can you please help me fast?

Double check your temperatures in BIOS. Double check the CPU Fan is spinning, Double Check the CPU Fan speed is set properly in BIOS, Double Check the CPU fan is plugged into you CPU_FAN1 header on the motherboard.

If the temps are high in BIOS and everything else checks out then then I recommend removing the cooler, removing the thermal paste on both the CPU and heat sink. Double check the back plate is installed properly. Reinstall the CPU paste using a rice grain size of thermal paste in the center of your CPU and then reinstall the CM Hyper 212 EVO. Once installed the heat sink should not move, or barely move at all when you apply pressure to it.
