I transfer data from my computer to hard disk and now its not showing up may be my computer having virus what to do now

You definitely need to do a virus scan on your computer and backup the data from the external hard drive. If it's got a virus you should reformat it. Here are a couple of links from the community that might be able to assist you in removing the malware.
