Hallo friends,
- with Bequiet PSU the function PowerOn and WakeUp from the PS/2 keybord did work well as ever before.
- I changed the PSU to Seasonic Snow Silent 750 and it did not work!
- I changed back to Bequiet and it worked.
This way I may be sure, it is not my system or Uefi or the setup specs.
What may be wrong?
How does the mainboard give power from the PSU to the PS/2 port?
. Gruesse/Regards/Salute Konrad

My PC System configuration is:
- AsRock Z97 Extreme6, Uefi actual
- Intel i7 4790K
- Ram 32GB Kingston Beast xmp 1600
- CPU-fan Enermax
- PSU Seasonic Snow Silent 750 (changed from BeQuiet Straight Power 580)
- Samsung 950 Pro 500 on M.2x4 as system SSD

PS: Meanwhile Seasonic support says, I should return the PSU as it should work correct.
I dont have the time now, so I live with USB Keyboard and have to get under the table for cold start.

That is a good way to diagnose that your PSU may the epicenter of all the troubles. Good Job Konrad!

In hind sight, I'd really suggest you take some time out and get under way with an RMA procedure as they have given you the go ahead. Most often company's(outside of Seasonic) are reluctant to got that route with minor issues.

In case your'e yet wondering what voltage the PSU will need to provide in order for your system to go in and out of standby is +5v otherwise denoted by the +5VSB on most power supply wiring diagrams or PSU testers. More here.
