ISP Help in Central Kentucky

Hey guys, I need help getting a different Internet Service Provider. We don't have cable available, and I don't know about DSL. However, we had gotten a hotspot, Karma Go, that had an unlimited plan. It was slow(they were messing with speeds, because people were using 1000GB), but it worked, it was unlimited, and I could play games online. well, this morning they put a 15gb cap on it, and as I am in a family of 6, that just doesn't cut it.

Does anyone have a recommendation for internet? We live about 1/10 of a mile from the road, and TWC WILL NOT install it. Believe me, we tried.

Any help or recommendations are great.

with tw call and speak to an eng installer that local. a 1000 feet of cable wire now is 100.00. if they wont install it contact your local power company see who owns the poles. if they power company does see what they would charge or allow you to place your cable wire on the pole. then see if tw will hook you up if you pay for the install from the street to your home. my brother had to do this for comcast..his drive way is 400 feet long from the street. he had to pay an installer to install cable line from the street to the house befoe comcast would connext his home.
