This is in my opinion the best possible build for 500 dollars

The thing is, I don't see the point in overclocking an AMD processor with a 970 chipset mobo with no modifications or additions to the motherboard as originally it has no VRM cooling. So you are going to get inconsistency if you try to OC it even a bit. At this point I would take the FX-8320E anyday. You don't have to overclock it, it performs ok in games that support all of the cores. Great balance in performance imo and overall excellent for multitasking.

Also, the power supply Seasonic S12II 520w is unmatched compared to the EVGA 430w which could fail as soon as lightning. Very dodgy power supply that is. The S12II 520w is likely to last for years, so is the CPU etc. They shouldn't overheat or throttle.
