Hi guys! Just the tittle question, my friend have a MSI 760GM-P23 and wants a GTX 960 G1... I read the G1 needs a 3.0 PCI-E and i think this MOBO doesn´t have it... But i really don´t know...

Solution
All motherboards' PCI-E slots are backwards compatible. The MSI 760GM-P23 has a PCI-E 2.0 slot. The GPU will definitely work on it, but not as fast as a PCI-E 3.0 slot. You won't notice the difference, don't worry.

Speeds of a 2.0 and 3.0 are the same. a 2.0 x16 slot is = 3.0 x8, only difference is memory bandwidth, and no cards today can leverage a full 3.0 x16 slot. to answer your question it will work.

Yeah, bandwidth, that's what I meant. Thanks!
