Upgraded to Windows 10, now my AMD Catalyst Switchable Graphics won't switch

Hello all! So I'm not very good with computers, bear with me. I recently dug my HP Probook 4730s out of storage, wiped it and downloaded the free Windows 10 upgrade. Before on Windows 7 my computer would switch between the Intel HD Graphics 3000, which works fine now, and the AMD Radeon HD 7400M, I believe it's a 7450M to be exact. I updated all the drivers and downloaded the most recent AMD Catalyst Control Center. Unfortunately it seems stuck on the Intel card, with the AMD CCC not opening. It gives me this message. "AMD Catalyst Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD Catalyst Control Center". Please let me know what information I can give that might help. Thanks in advance!

This honestly sounds like an incompatibility issue. If your laptop has been in storage for a while, it may not be completely compatible with Windows 10 and it's software; which is normal. I honestly would roll back to Windows 7 and work with that, maybe Windows 8 if it's compatible.

Because if it turns out your laptop is not compatible with Windows 10 yet (you can find out on the manufacture website), there might be other problems as well, not just video.
