Hi I am been doing a lot of research and this is my first gaming PC build and I was wondering if you have any PC builds under 550$ with OS included It would nice if someone has a better list than me.

This build will be good for ya. Just grab some case fans. That GTX 760 is a gem for its money but may run a bit hot.
