m looking at the "GIGABYTE GA-X99-Gaming G1 WIFI" mother board. this is my first build and want to make sure im matching my parts correctly. my plan.....

1. mother board-GIGABYTE GA-X99-Gaming G1 WIFI

2. RAM-G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) With a standard of 2133MHz

3. Processor-AMD FX-4350 Vishera Quad-Core 4.2 GHz Socket AM3+ 125W

4.hard drive- Western Digital WD1003FBYX-01Y7B0 3.5" 1TB Desktop SATA HDD Hard Drive 7200 RPM

5.dvd-H-L Data Storage BH30N SATA CD-RW/DVD+RW/BD-R Blu-Ray DVD CD Disc Rewriter

6.power- 700W Blue Quad-LED Silent Fan i7 Gaming PC ATX 8pin 12V Desktop Power Supply

7.video card-NVIDIA Geforce GT 730 4GB DDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Graphics Card HDMI 1080p

8.shell-AZZA Gaming copmuter case with 4 fans fan cooled HDD storage rack USB ports

everything is ddr4 except the video card which is my understanding that it doesn't matter.

QUESTIONS

will this all function properly together?

will the mother board properly support the 4.2 ghz possessor?

also with it support the 4x8gb memory and would it support 64 gb if i decide to upgrade? (8x8)

is the video card big enough? im planning on running two monitors. also can you run 2 video cards at the same time?

Am i forgetting a parts?

Nope, not gonna work with that motherboard/CPU combination. The motherboard is for an Intel Socket 2011 CPU while the CPU is AMD socket AM3+, they are not at all compatible.
I'll suggest working from here https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ which will help prevent incompatibility issues such as that
I'll also suggest looking at this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html for an idea for a PSU
