A few days back I bought a maximus IV extreme-Z; it work for a few day excellently, not problem, nothing, however after the second days it started to turn off and on randomly. i found out that the cpu fan was place a little loose, so i thought i fix it, but after a few hours it started again with the random of and on. the next day it turn on fine, but i notice that slot A1-A2 were not working, so i tried to fix it and i ended up burning my ram stick with A2 slot. after that no matter what i did my PC wont boot and the debugg light panel does not read any code and is completely off. im not sure whether my motherbord is dead, becuase everthing else works.

Judging from the way the board is behaving I'd say that it was bought second hand, correct?
so i tried to fix it and i ended up burning my ram stick with A2 slot.
It's obvious that your motherboard or your PSU aren't trying to play nice with you or your components. Speaking of components can you please pass on your full systems specs including your OS, ram sticks, PSU and case? Try and bread board your system with only one stick of ram closest to the CPU socket with only your boot drive, PSU and GPU connected.

I've also included a guide for troubleshooting below. Please have a look at it.
