What CPU? If it's a complete set (single package of 4 sticks) - it should be fine with most any Haswell CPU

Do you have the latest BIOS? ARe they fully seated? Try each one individually, and also confirm all 4 came in a single package. Should be fine

How do I check and get the latest BIOS? I'be tried everything else - really appreciate the help by the way.

Boot to BIOS and can get the version there - then go to the mobos web page and under support you can find the various versions
