I just built my first gaming pc last week and I used an xfx r9 280x. Whenever I open a game the gpu starts to make this clicking noise, the same noise can be heard in this video

The noise starts as soon as I start a game, even when it's at the menus. then when I alt+tab to the desktop the noise stops, and it starts again once I go back into the game.
This noise only occurs when I am in a game.
This card has been out for a couple of years so maybe someone has had this issue before and knows what is causing it and if it is normal.
I can't tell which fan it's coming from but the right fan seems less stable then the left fan, if that means anything, the right fan looks like it's shaking more while the left fan stays in place better
If it's just noise and it doesn't mean that there is something wrong with the gpu then I can live with it, but is it something that I should try an get a new card from xfx?
