Hello, I get my two computers tomorrow and was wondering if it would be safe to use an extension cord plugged into the surge protector to power one of the computers. And also having the other computer plugged straight into the surge protector.

Yeah you should be fine, most (GOOD) surge units are overrated for just that reason (incase somone uses every last bit) and provided what your hooking up to it, most modern outlets (3 prong) are rated for 1800 watts total, older lines (Usualy ungrounded) are rated for around 1650watts

They are both gaming computers with a high end CPUs and gpus in them so they would draw a fair bit of power. Should this still be fine? I can't seem to find online what the max load of the surge protector board is.
