The card will work with your computer, the only possible problem is the power supply; you need to check if it has a pcie 6pin connector to power the card

Generaly 6pin connectors are only used for pcie so you should be fine
Wouldnt be a bad idea to update to a quality psu anyway if you have the budget to do it

I'm looking to put some money into this PC for sure. Just need a slight upgrade in the GPU department for now. This 7570 isn't holding up very well. I'm hoping the gtx 950 will be a decent upgrade for a year or so.
