Cant decide which of these processors im on a tight budget..
And i was planning to stick with the Gigabyte H81M-DS2 mobo, i know that G3258 is a beast with OC but i look at the reviews that i need proper cooling system and it means more $$ so i think i dont want to OC then3258 then ill go to 3260 because its a little bit cheaper and maybe good a bit of performance.. then i3 4160 with ECS H85M-h7? I can get this with just only 130$ both with the shop promo here in Philippines and also i doubt ECS brand unlike gigabyte asus etc.

You can also use an h81 board for overclocking the g3258 . ASUS and gigabyte have made a few exceptions on specific models which allow overcloking only the g3258 , since buying a Z motherboard will not be sensible for such a cheap processor. How about getting a used one , you may get an i5 4690 based system easily since skylake is out now, for similar price i think.

"I can get this with just only 130$" if this is your approximate budget and if you don't want to OC because of added cooling $$$, the G3260 is locked and can't be OC'd anyway. also its max support is 1333mhz RAM, which you indicated you have readily available, so you're not sacrificing anything. maybe consider a b85 mobo if you're not overclocking too, and you can still be in the $130 range with options for future expandability. if your cpu will be running default speeds, then the fan provided by manufacturer should suffice. Check pcpartpicker.com for current pricing and other mobo options.

Thanks for advice, but why B85 instead H81 for this low end CPUs? Whats with B85? And so you're not suggesting me to go with the i3?

It's all good. my concern was that you get what you want/ need the first time.. if you want a mobo with a reputation for having a longer lifespan, or looking for 4 RAM slots for future upgrades, or need onboard graphics... i think you can meet your budget without sacrificing much if anything..

Should i OC that? Im afraid of OC'ed 3258 since i only have stock coolers and not planning to buy one. For sure the temps will be my problem..

well, you can download the special bios, to support h81 -p33 to overclocking G3258
but...dont overclocking too much, so you dont need to replace the cpu cooler .
