I've recently built a gaming pc and it isnt performing like i hoped it would.
here are the specs
i3-4170
MSI GTX 960 OC
1TB seagate HDD
8GB Corsair Vengeance ram
600W aerocool bronze 80+ psu
Gigabyte h81m-s2h
I should be able to max out the games(CSGO, LoL) I play often just fine but I can't even get a stable 60 fps while playing.
I've already tried reinstalling windows and my drivers but im still getting the same results.
When CSGO is running my average gpu load is 12%.
