So i got a new EVGA GTX 980 ACX 2.0 FTW to replace my 7870xt and i wanted get more out of my fx8320 but i cant get past 4.3ghz with my current psu (My PSU is OCZ Fatal1ty 550W Power Supply) so i think about 2 options which are either upgrade psu soon or upgrade cpu&mobo little later than i would with do if i choose the psu. I already know that my psu is not good (didnt knew anything back a year or two ago but now i know enough i think, but i still wanna hear your opinions :D) so any answer is appriciated

Vengeance® Low Profile — 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (2 pair of CML8GX3M2A1600C9)

A new PSU first would be a great investment.....and will be able to move it forward to a new build when you get around to a new CPU/Mobo. Your PSU isn't the best, and may be putting your current components at risk (especially with an OC). You really don't want to spend $250+ on a new CPU/Mobo and have the old PSU take them out if it dies, right?

With a better quality PSU, you might even be able to push more of an OC out of your current CPU.

Some of the better PSUs available for reasonable prices (prices from PCPP, including rebates & shipping):
SeaSonic S12II 520W - Tier 2 - $56
EVGA SuperNOVA B2 750W - Tier 2 - $45 (out of stock) or $65
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W - Modular - Tier 1 - $70 (out of stock) or $75
XFX...

I am in Turkey and i have been searching for 4 days by looking at it which i found before you posted your answer and im all out of luck. No store sells any of the psu you mentioned or anything thats in tier 1 (there are some Tier 2s but they are over the normal prices so, no) so that i have to buy them from other people who brings them from USA or other countries and i havent been able to make a deal with anyone. So i have just hit a wall and waiting for response from other people.

I was looking for it at this site : http://www.sahibinden.com which has a huge variety compared to other sites but like i said since people sell them its kinda hard to deal with them but the ones labeled as GET with green are directly purchasable
