GTX 750 GPU Usage sitting at 20-30 percent? Help me!

Playing BF4 I notice that my GPU usage is sitting at around 30 percent and, the highest it went was 35? I get an avrage of 40-60 FPS. I don't know what the problem is, it used to operate at 100 percent usage but it just went down for some reason.. I would really appreciate some help.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon x3 440 @ 3.00GHz
GPU: Asus GTX 750 1GB GDDR5 OC edition.
4GB ddr3 RAM

Hi,

BF4 is cpu intensive and it is bottle necking your GPU

With 40-60 FPS is descent, I don't recommend upgrading unless you want more FPS out of it.
But you might want to do some light overclocking

CPU: AMD Six-core CPU, Intel quad-core CPU or better
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 8 64-Bit
Video Card: 3GB AMD Radeon HD 7870 / NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660 or better
Free Disk Space: 30 GB

I solved the problem, updated my GPU drivers, that brought my usage back to 90-100 when playing BF4
