Cooler master hyper TX3 evo on msi gaming 970 will it fit

Hello guys,

Recently I built my first (self build) pc. With an AMD Fx8320. I heard stories that the stock fan would be very loud. I thought by myself well it can't be that bad right? Well as you may know, IT IS.
When playing Battlefield 4 (or any other CPU intense game) the fan would spin so hard my pc might fly away when I look away :D
So I want to buy a new cooler. My first thought was a Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo But that one is too tall so it wont fit in my case unfortunatly. So my attention fell at the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo.
But I don't know if it will fit (Interference with the RAM as I assume the fan must be pointing towards the ram for Airflow reasons)
So I am asking if people with this motherboard and/or cooler (or someone else who may know this :D) Will it fit?
Sorry for the poor quality image.
PC SPECS:
CPU: AMD FX 8320
RAM: 2x 8GB Kingston beast DDR3 RAM
GPU: MSI Geforce Gaming gtx 960 4gb
Motherboard: MSI Gaming 970
Case: sharkoon t28 red edition
(I don't think HDD and PSU are important for this matter)

Solution
You can swap the ram to 2 & 4 if you need to mate trust me.
The t4 is slimline anyway though & I honestly don't think it will clash anyway.

Taking the fan off , putting it on the other side & rotating the heatsink 180 degrees also gives you 10mm more clearance than the picture above.

And that one doesn't interfere with the RAM?
And the shipping time on that one is quite long

Focusing on providing the widest range of
compatibility, the H7 utilizes an asymmetric slanted
heatpipe layout to move the heatsink away from the
RAM zone, Offering optimal compatibility for RAM
with tall heat spreaders on both Intel 115X and
AMD platforms.

my RAM sticks are in Slot 1 and 3.
And I'll do some research on the T4

The slots are numbered differently then mate.
I mean putvit in the slot nearest the front of the board & then in the 3rd slot from the front.
Leave the slot nearest the CPU clear.
The t4 is slightly worse than the 212 evo but not my much.
Its bonus is it uses the stock amd mounting so no motherboard bracket removal or messing about.
Its a 5 minute install.

The cooler blackbird mentioned is great but harder to fit & 5 weeks is a long time to wait.

My motherboard says (what you just can't see on the image) that DIMM 1 and DIMM3 need to be filled first. So I can't place them in other slotss
So... Will it interfere with my ram then, If not I'm gonna order it tonight

^ not arguing with that blackbird at all - if he can find one within a reasonable timeframe - 5 week wait on that though & that's a long time to put up with a stock amd cooler.

Ccampy - yes you can - I've used that board - you can populate whatever slots you like with ram - it doesn't matter at all.

Slots 2 & 4 will work fine & will give dual channel exactly as you have it now - try it mate, it'll take you all of 30 seconds to swap the sticks out.

It must work, As for the T4 the RAM can have a height of maximum 37mm and mine have a height of 46. So I will have a look and swap the RAM sticks. and if that doesnt work i have to look for another cooler

Thank you so much dude!. I swapped them to 2 and 4 and there is no problem!
I'm gonna order the T4 tonight and I will message you tommorow when I have it and if there are any problems (Which i dont hope :D)

NP mate - I suggested it because its cheap (reasonable) , quiet & incredibly easy to fit.you'll have no problems.

Bear in mind its not an overclockers cooler 4/4.1ghz maybe max but for noise its a great solution.

Next time someone mentions how noisy amd coolers are you'll know what they're talking about ;-)
I have about 20 in a drawer because I absolutely refuse to use them in new builds

Forgot to say mate - the paste that comes with the t4 - only use about 1/3 of the sachet - don't use all of it .

Also when you unlock your current and cooler with the levers , give it a little twist and gently lift one side first - there will be suction so don't just yank it straight up.

If the build is relatively new the amd thermal compound will still be soft - people will go on & on about using alcohol to clean the CPU die off but a piece of kitchen towel & a bank card are all you need - scrape as much as you can off with the edge of the bank card onto the kitchen towel - a slight white dull finish is absolutely fine for applying the new paste - don't rub the CPU with anything - just the edge of the bank card.

There isn't any thermal paste included...
But the fan is facing to the bottom. And not to the sides.....which really sucks because I dont have fans on the top of the case(only one rear exhaust fan and 2 front intake fans). Do you know if it is possible to make it face sideways?

Balls mate - no & I'd totally forgotten it only mounts that way on amd.& I feel like an idiot now.

Irregardless - will it fit with your ram the way it is ??

If so it will still do a good job irregardless of orientation & is not a major concern at all mate.

Is the paste Pre applied to the cooler base ??
It didn't used to be , you used to get a sachet of paste included.

Unfortunate the RAM didnt fit, So I dual channel isn't possible anymore,
And no, it does not have any kind of thermal paste included and/or pre applied
Thanks for all the help. People on this site are most of the time so kind and helpful,

But there is going on something else
When I turned on my pc for the first time (With Cooler master Hyper t4) I had idle temps of 20 (with old cooler 45)
So I was really happy, Then I turned my pc off because I had to go to the store to get some groceries.'
When I came back and turned on my pc. Temps were changing between 40 and 60!? one second it was 40 , one second later It would be 60!
So I re-applied the cooler, problem still here
I re-applied the thermal paste, It's not around 60 at the start but it is around 43 idle (and sometimes still rising to 60).....Which is pretty high and strange.? Does Thermal paste need time to work correctly or something?

Here are some pictures of a graph with temps http://imgur.com/a/wHqRG

How are you measuring temps ??
In bios temps will be more than desktop as power saving features are disabled & the CPU is taking full voltage.

Boot to windows & download amd overdrive & check your temps (thermal margin ) with that instead.

What paste did you use if none came with the cooler?? (It should absolutely definitely have come with a sachet of silver based stuff)

Oh I feel so stupid. yes there is this very little bag with some fluid in it (I assume that is Thermal Paste) I thought it was one of these bags that are in things for no reason xDD
I guess I will apply that one then.
The temps were in Desktop. I used MSI command center.
My temps with AMD overdrive are just as strange, one second it is 35 degrees one second later it is 47 degrees,
I will apply that thermal paste that is delivered with the cooler, I'll keep you updated
