I'm having a huge issue with this headset with audio bleeding into my mic when i play music or video games. My friends on skype can hear it and them selfs even though it isn't full blast. I tried it with the sound card and without it and with the headphone jack/ microphone jack and it still bleeds to the mic. When I went to control panel, sound, microphone, than level i turn it down they still can hear it but not me. Is the headset just have a problem with this or is there a way i can fix this? If i can't get it to not bleed audio/music through the mic when im on skype with my friends then I'm going to return it!

Those headphones are similar to audio technica's ATH a700 and a900 headphones, both of which has issues with sealing the sound in. This sound "bleed" you are hearing is most likely because they are not sitting properly on your head.

There are a couple of ways to alleviate this issue. There first is to use a rubber band and put it around the two paddles that hold the cans on top of your head. You should try a variety of rubber bands to see what level of resistance works best.

The second method is to replace the pads on them with ones that are better at sealing. The headphones you have use the same pads as the ATH-a900x and can be replace with the better sealing ATH a1000x pads.

The last method would be to single adjust them on...

The last method would be to single adjust them on your head until they seal properly. You'll need to record and test the leak to find the best position on your head. I mention this as the last step because usually it is the least effective. Of course, you can always combine a few of these methods together.

I tried that also and it's still as loud as I first plug it. I'm getting pretty disappointed on this headset :(
