I'm having i3 4130,Gigabyte H81 ,12GB Fury ram(2 sticks),Zotac 750 ti
I'm using Corsair VS 450w(12v@34A ).i'm planning to buy Evga or MSI gtx 970.
Do i really need PSU upgrade, each and every PSU calculator gave its more than sufficient under extreme load(100%). Do i really need upgrade?i'm planning I5 in near future then planning psu upgrade as well.Help from peoples who tested these kind of situations were appreciated.

Guys first don't tell 550W suggestions story.I need help who faced these kind of situations or problems.
Thanks,

You can probably find the EVGA 550/650 G2 (ONLY G2, not G1 or NEX) for less than that. Without a new PSU, you risk freezing and possible damage to the graphics card AND your current PSU. Buy a new PSU first and worry about the GPU later. Your 750Ti is fine for now.

You need to upgrade. It runs well at 650W 80plus PSU, tested it out myself. Works fine under normal loads.

The VS series is a very low standard power supply. Your 450w PSU does not output full 450w, it outputs a part of it depending on it's efficiency. So, in reality, to power the 970, you'd require an 80+ GOLD 550w PSU, to make sure it attains sufficient power. So yes, do get 550w gold or higher.

True, but most gold capable PSUs are higher quality ;)

A 450W-500W PSU would work just fine with the 970 and an i3, but the transient response (usually 7A on 12V) absolutely needs to be in spec when adding it to the normal ripple. For the price of a PSU that can handle that though, you can get a reasonable 650W PSU that will let you upgrade to an i7 some day.

Dude i'm on very tight budget just here is more detail, gtx 970 need two 6 pin pcie cables(1pcie=75W max, so two pcie 150 ,and mother board pcie slot 75 total goes 225W max) .Consider i'm buying gtx 970 which need 6pin pcie not 8pin pcie(i know 8 pin =150w)

That's 225W AVERAGE maximum, the actual peak power draw from PCIe power connectors can be much higher. Even worse though, PSUs can only change the output current a certain amount before voltage drops. Nvidia Maxwell cards are notorious for very large current changes (saves energy and increases performance at the cost of compatibility), so weaker PSUs, even large 850W ones, can cause the system to crash easily.

You can not upgrade your GPU first, you will have to get a new PSU before that. If you buy the GPU, your PSU won't support it and you may risk damaging your system. Get the PSU first at all costs, no chance of getting a 970 first, unless you plan on keeping it in the box till you get a new PSU.
