What's the easiest free way to clear an SSD before selling?

I've only done it once before and can't remember what program I used. I'm looking for something that's quick and easy, just one pass is probably fine.

The recommended procedure is to perform a "secure erase". The process will erase all data on the ssd, make it like new, and prepare it for reuse. Some ssd's include a free toolkit utility which includes secure erase:

Intel Solid State Toolbox
Corsair SSD Toolbox
SanDisk SSD Toolbox
Samsung Magician Software
OCZ Toolbox

In addition there are third party utilities which can be used like Parted Magic:

Formatting is not recommended other than a Windows "low level format" for an ssd that will be used as a secondary data drive.
