I've upgraded my PC and I have:
A i3-6100 CPU (3.7Ghz),
8GB RAM (1866Mhz),
PSU: 550W and
Mobo: ASUS H110M-D D3.
All the upgrade costed no more than 330 euros, so I'd want the GPU strictly not to exceed this price!!!
(I'm not a lot into gaming, but at the other side I want it (much) for folding at home).
