I believe this is the best place, where I can ask for advice. So do you guys think,I should get that computer,or I can find even better for those money?

THanks :)

Solution
I listed a build above. basically, keep your current hdd and gpu, and add the parts I listed. an i3 has 2 core but 4 threads, and is blazing fast compared to the athlon II x4.

Believe it or not, the architecture of the R7 360 is the same as the HD 7850. They were released last year, but they use the same technique.

this build assumes you'll re-use the 7850 (which should do most games at medium-high settings) and re-use your hard drive
