Lose FPS over time, gain them back restarting a game?

Hi there forum! My hope is that you can help me narrow and or fix what my problem is. Now for sometime my computer has been going crazy with my FPS. As i play a game i will lose FPS over time. 10 mins into a few games (Unturned or 7 Days to Die) i will start at 60 fps no problem, but lose fps. i watch my temps like a hawk and have looked everywhere high and low on the internet to see if anyone has my problem and it doesnt seem like it. I dunno if i had done something wrong or if its hardware/solfware issues. Ran 3DMark and scored 11000 in Feb and 10500 in Nov of this year. I know parts where out but i cant tell if i had broken something. I use SpeedFan and one time my SMIOVT 4,5,6 all reached like 126c. i dunno if that was a glitch but i didnt think it harmed anything and im not sure if i was having this issue before it did that. Weird part about all this is that if im getting 60 fps and dips down to 30 25, if i restart the game, just the game ill get 60 fps again...Hope this helps you guys help me. Thanks!

You have two GPUs running simultaniously, right? This is probably a crossfire issue, it's always quite unreliable. Try disabling one graphics card and tell me the FPS

While your GPU loads and unloads different areas around you in most games, it's common that some of it remains loaded. This wouldn't cause issues in all games though. Having the GPU load get increasingly high until it reaches a threshold is normal in most open-world games. However, if your FPS starts to get lower, it may indicate that something is going wrong. None of your components should EVER get anywhere near 126 degrees Celcius. Like... NEVER! Try and monitor your GPU load % and memory load %. You might notice a pattern where it reaches a certain percentage and you see the FPS go down. It would be easier with a second monitor, by the way.

I have changed out my mobo and still have the same problem...I feel like its a software problem. I have swapped GPUs, ive taken one out and left one in, swapped them both...nothing.
