I'm currently debating between these two ram kits:

The first one is 1866mhz CL 9 timings: 9-10-9-28 and the second is 1600mhz CL7 timings: 7-8-8-24.
Even if the difference is small, which one of the two will give better performance/ is faster? I'll be using it with an asus z97 Pro Gamer motherboard and with an 17-4790k.
I do not plan to OC my CPU nor do I plan to OC my ram.

and both are good sets, the RJ Xs and their Sniper lines were my favorites for most all rigs till the Tri Xs were released (obviously now my favs for Intel), but the RJs and Snipers are still generally my preferred pick for AMD rigs
