Hey Guys, I have a 2012 Vaio S Series laptop with an i5-2410M CPU and two graphics cards.
The first is the one I'm currently using: Intel (R) HD 3000 and I'm trying to switch to AMD Radeon HD 7400. I've tried installing the drivers and all but my CCC shows next to 0 options.

I don't know if it's the drivers or my computer or what ever, so I was wondering if you guys could lend me a hand!
