Which CPU should i get based between these two options.

Hello! I was looking to buy a Intel® Core™ i7-4790 3.60 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 but then I saw an Intel® Core™ i7-4790K 4.0 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 (All Venom OC Certified) , is the 2nd one I mentioned a lot better than the first one or is their not really a difference.

The only difference is that the K version can be overclocked. The other can't.

Get the Xeon 1231 unless you feel like overclocking the i7 k, because the higher clocks don't necessarily mean you'll notice the difference, it's mostly for benchmark scores.
