My computer runs at about 48 degrees idle and at 20-40% load goes to about 60 degrees. It levels off there it seems.
I have a dell studio xps 435mt with the following specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz, 2668 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processors
RAM: 6.00 GB
System Model: Studio XPS 435MT
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
RAM(GPU): 512.00 MB
32 Bits
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they estimate I can get it to OC safely. If I can get it to 3 ghz then I am incredibly happy. I've heard of some people getting it to 4 but I understand that every model is different and that this particular one is several years old. Thank you for any help or advice you can give me.
