New skylake build started but now won't start.

Just built my first skylake build and it won't turn on after installing new fans. Powered on two days ago but now the motherboard flashes and fans move for half a second and then it shuts off. Motherboard lights stays on that's it.

Specs intel i7 6700k asus deluxe z170 motherboard raidmax 1000w power supply.

I really have no idea then... Sorry mate. Maybe check around your area for a computer repairs place and have them take a look at it. Good luck!

Good ha-ha cause if it wasn't you could have fried the CPU. How about you check all your fan headers and make sure they are plugged in correctly. If that doesn't work, take out the 24 pin connector from the motherboard and plug it back in. If THAT doesn't work, check your ram and pcie devices to make sure they are seated properly. If THAT doesnt work, I have no idea :)

I am going out on a limb here cause I really have no idea... But maybe try re-connecting the hard drive or ssd cables
