I have a 300W power supply and I am willing to buy a new power supply, if needed.
Please tell me about any compatibility issues and whether there would be any major bottlenecks while playing new games.
Please avoid suggesting a complete overhaul as i already have a new PC.
Thanks in advance. :)

Ok to begin with, those 4x2gb DDR2 ram should, and most likely WOULD work. Your PC has a 300w PSU, without 6pins for GPU, meaning best you can go for is a 750Ti, but special versions (recommended the GTX 750 Ti Evga SC, because it requires 300W psu, unlike other 750tis which require 350W psus, and it does not require a 6pin but draws 65W from the PCI-E slot).

So i went ahead and found the following components:-
Graphic Card:-http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=151939354102
Ram:-http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=231803690590
Ssd:-http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=291663452990 (I got this as i found out SATA is backwards compatible)
If I go ahead with the following components will there be a compatibility issue?
