No,i wouldn't spend on old CPU and GPU with a bad PSU and motherboard.

Do not buy it. 500 is too much for a rig with an outdated video card that has 1GB of VRAM. Biostar motherboards arent as well known as ASUS, Gigabyte, etc... and Im not sure they are reliable at all. It is an overall old computer. You can do so much more with $500 in terms of building your own rig. My own budget was <1000, and I built my own pc that wouldve been worth $1300 if I were to buy a similar rig pre-built. Im guessing that $500 could buy something with a good i3 and a radeon 370.
