Help! Pc wont boot after black screen

I was playing a game of csgo and my computer crashed and black screened, i went to boot back up and it wont even go to the bois, i dont know whats going on, the fans in the case still spin and lights still come on. I checked the ram and it is still fine and i changed the gpu out to see if that failed. Any ideas?

Specs
Case- Coolermaster n300
Cpu- Fx 6300
Ram- corsair lpx 8gb
Motherboar- Asrock fata1ity 970
Gpu-Asus r9 270x TOP
Psu- Evga nova 750b
HHD- WD blue 1tb

this board is well knowed for overheat issues and can fry easily

how many ram you have? one or two? frequency?
your psu is a B1 or B2 series?
can you try with an other psu? from a friend or?
do you have an aftermarket cpu cooler?
good ventilation in your case?
did you overclocked?

i do overclock, i have it at 4.2 on a hyper 212, i have 2x4 ram, the power supply is a b2 but i made sure that works in a different system, my case is very well vented

it wont even boot to the bois, i tried to use one ram stick in all 4 slots and still nothing, i reset the cmos already.
