i5 4690k
H212 Evo cooler

I recently built my second machine and couldn't wait to overclock, did some brief reading and tried to understand my CPU before doing so. I could use some reassurance or advice on my current Overclock settings as i'm pretty scared!
Below is the current overclock that i am using

I ran a stress test using prime95 for about 30 mins and the temps i reached were averaging around 70-74 Degrees (maxed at like 80 for a brief second).

I also ran some games and the temp seemed to max at .
She also idles at around 30+

Are there any settings (shown in the picture) that are deadly and dumb?

Also is there anything i should do regarding power management settings i have it on power saver mode atm.

Thanks for your time,

Duncan

Solution
Prob be better off OCing via the BIOS it looks like your at 4.1 and 1.2 is high for that minimal of an OC. Most of these software OC programs overvolt and you don't get the performance you could from going into the BIOS

i wasn't as confident doing it via the BIOS as there were many menu's i didn't understand, i will give it a shot when i get back from work. need to figure out how to set it back to default clock now!

Well, i reset the settings back to default, and now when i reboot my computer wont reach the BIOS.
I narrowed this down to the keyboard being plugged in, very strange.

anyway i logged into the bios and this is my screen any help on what voltage and multiplier to do would be much appreciated, and any other setting i should add? also, i seem to be getting higher temps now im back at stock speeds.
