Soo i have a question 
i used SpyHunter 4 to find spyware/adware on my pc and spyhunter says that i have a malware folder called Snap.do in C:\Windows\Temp\Smartbar.
thats awesome and all but i cant access that folder
when i try to enter the Temp folder it says You dont curently have permission to access this folder. and then i click continue since im on the administrator account of my pc and it says You have been denied permission to access this folder.
now if anyone can help me enter that folder or tell me how to set my settings so that i do get the permission,that would be great
