Short version: Are these compatible?

mobo:
http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Motherboard-Micro-DDR3-GA-B150M-D3H/dp/B014Z7JHAM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1453319812&sr=8-1&keywords=GIGABYTE+GA-B150M-D3H+DDR3+LGA1151%2F+Intel+B150%2F+DDR3%2F+2-Way+CrossFireX%2F+SATA3%26USB3.0%2F+M.2%26SATA+Express%2F+A%26GbE%2F+MicroATX+Motherboard

Graphics card:

Long version: So I want to upgrade my hardware for PC gaming and I know a few things to be sure of, make sure your chip sets match, your ram is compatible, and so forth. I am unclear on graphics card connections however. The card I have already purchased, so the board is what I am trepidatious about. For the power consumption on the card it specifies "up to 300Wadditional 6+8 pin PCIe power required" I am going to be honest and say I don't know what a 6+8 pin PCIe connector looks like. I assumed it was a smaller set of connectors near the Graphics card slot on the mobo, http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3bZyjX tells me everything is compatible bit I didn't see those smaller connections on the mobo I have listed. So i came here looking for some expertise. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I already tired google but I don't exactly know what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance

OH! so I had the wrong idea entirely the 6 + 8 pin PCIe connectors come from the powersource?
