Hi, I've been testing out the AMD gaming evolved recorder and my game runs fine (around 60 fps), but when I watch the video playback it barely goes above 30 fps, and sometimes goes way lower than that. I changed the max fps allowed to 60 from 30 in the settings, but it didn't seem work. I play/record at 1920x1080p, and my gpu is a XFX Radeon r9 280x with an i5 4590 @ 3.3 Is there any solution? Thanks

I would recommend using another recording software such as Fraps or DXtory and setting them to record at your desired fps and quality, and if you put the fps max to 60 it will get the highest fps possible within the 60 frame mark.

Also keep in mind the people recording with similar specs could be using a capture card which wont decrease FPS

Try a different software to record but I hate to brake it to you but that is maybe just how it is when you try and record. This is the reason youtubers use Gtx 980's and i7's for there livestreams and there recordings. Try some other software or turn your quality down on your recordings, because without buying new hardware there is no other way to go. Also try and closing other background tasks and ones that you don't have open at the moment, for example Word, Chrome, also check if your anti virus is scanning while your doing it. Reply back if this helps, Cheers

I've seen many gameplays on youtube and they have similar specs to mine. However, their quality is great and in high fps. I don't think its my hardware, but thanks for answering
