Will it bottle neck and what can you reccomend

Cheaper = Lower quality. That power supply is THE one I recommend. It is the cheapest high quality power supply I could find in the UK.

ok so with my specs in account and my £200 what would you say i should upgrade on my pc as want better gaming so what would you say?

First, upgrade your power supply and the graphics card. That R9 380 will not be bottlenecked by your CPU.

Your next upgrade in the future should be a new CPU+mobo from Intel.
