How Accurate are these GPU Power Draw Graphs?

These are taken directly from Tomshardware's review on a recent Gigabyte 980Ti. Some of this stuff just doesn't make sense. The 980Ti drawing 380W under torture? I mean, that is seriously wicked high. The 390X is only doing 320W, which seems realistic. Then the 970 is drawing less under torture instead of normal gaming load? Are these accurate?

This website lists power draw at 463 watts for the total system with a Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti in it. I don't know how much you would have to subtract to get just the GPU alone though.
